* Have practical experience in the entire project life cycle stages using PM methodologies
* Acquire insight in the client’s business, practices and financial models, including key stakeholders
* Define Project Life Cycle, Governance Model, Plan of Approach
* Prepare the Project Plans, including: test plan, release plan, acceptance criteria
* Identify resource needs, define the project team
* Manage project’s budget, schedule, profitability and risks
* Be accountable for the profitability of the project
* Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project
* Manage changes and issues
* Monitor and report on progress
* Develop and lead different teams
* Maintain an efficient relation and collaboration with our clients and project’s stakeholder
* Have strong communication and negotiation skills
* Poses people management skills
* Values structure, clarity, organization and results in own project area
* Have at least 5 years working experience in the area of IT professional services and/or software solutions that involved Project Management responsibilities;
* Speak very good English
* Travel to customer locations (Europe)
Significant KPI’s are: Customer satisfaction, Project/contract profitability, Team satisfaction.
A certification in Project Management (Prince 2/IPMA or equivalent) and a second foreign language would be good pluses.
