We live in such days that the presence of a computer is all around us, gaining a place in all the human activities and making our work more effectiveness and perhaps more enjoyable.
In these conditions, the project management couldn’t have just staid outside this trend. Actually, it is hardly acceptable in the 21st century that a project to be designed, implemented or managed manually (Oprea, D.).

All these arguments justify the emergences of some specialized tools that can assist and support the project management and risk management activities.
