Finding a partner in Norway
The EEA and Norway Grants also aim to strengthen the bilateral cooperation between Romania and Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein as donor countries. The seminar will also discuss the opportunity to include a partner from the donor states in projects and help match interested participants with actors on blue growth in Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
