15th – 19th Apr 2013, Limassol, Cyprus
Course Fee: 600 EURO (includes access to the supporting eLearning platform for one month). It can be covered by EC funding.
Accommodation: (optional) 650 EURO that includes all meals, drinks, snacks and accommodation for 5 nights. These costs can be covered by EC funding, including travel expenses.
Who should attend: Any person that currently seeks to advance their profesional skills and competencies as well as their job prospects should attend this course. After attending, you will be able to write successful proposals, to prepare easily the workplan and budget, to find competent partners and identify funding opportunities, to apply sound and stress free financial principles, to raise awareness of your project and act as professional project manager by applying free and easy to use ICT tools and tips. More than 900 billion EURO are allocated at each programming period by the European Union on funded european projects and there is a big need for competent and skilled project managers being able to exploit and implement successfully the above objectives. Furthermore, even experienced project managers are expected to benefit considerably from this course. New easy techniques are mastered based on hands on practice as well as tips, tools, advice and support is provided that will make the life even of an experienced project manager easier and their job function more effective.

Course Fee: 600 EURO (includes access to the supporting eLearning platform for one month). It can be covered by EC funding.
Accommodation: (optional) 650 EURO that includes all meals, drinks, snacks and accommodation for 5 nights. These costs can be covered by EC funding, including travel expenses.
Who should attend: Any person that currently seeks to advance their profesional skills and competencies as well as their job prospects should attend this course. More than 900 billion EURO are allocated at each programming period by the European Union on funded european projects coming from tax payers. Therefore, it is of paramount importance and also a contractual obligation to ensure that all funded projects are disseminated properly and effectively. However, most of the projects overlook dissemination and exploitation and even if they have produced results of high quality, their impact is very low. Therefore, there is a big need for competent and skilled dissemination managers.
Furthermore, even experienced dissemination managers are expected to benefit considerably from this course. New easy techniques are mastered as well as tips, tools, advice and support is provided that will make the life even of an experienced dissemination manager easier and their job function more effective.

Course Fee: 600 EURO (includes access to the eLearning platform for one month). It can be covered by EC funding
Accommodation: (optional) 650 EURO that includes all meals, drinks, snacks and accommodation for 5 nights. These costs can be covered by EC funding including also travel expenses.
Who should attend: All people that are involved in education sector, such as: Teachers, trainers, career officers, educational guides and chancellors, inspectors, headteachers/principals/managers, other (paid or voluntary) management staff, non-teaching administrative staff, students, human resource managers as well as anyone interested to exploit e-learning possibilities for advancing their professional skills and services.
In addition, it is evident that any project that involves european actors with different skills, knowledge, interests, priorities requires heavy training practices at various stages in the project and effective eLearning is one of the key practices for achieving this effectively and efficiently, especially in European projects that partners are remotely located. For example eLearning can be used for training the partners in a common project management tool that will be used for the project communication; eLearning can be used for training end users how to use a developed prototype or other outcomes from a project; Also eLearning can be used to train the partners on how to implement successfully specific tasks in a European Project (e.g. to use a software platform/prototype, to conduct a survey, to apply dissemination practices, to prepare sound financial and management report, etc).
In fact nothing can be done effectively and efficiently without proper training and eLearning can do this both effectively and efficiently.
