
Responsibilities:
- Manages a business networking project, according to company’s procedures.
- Organizes and provides follow-up for business networking meetings, permanently keeping in touch with members.
- Coordinates the creation of new groups within the club.
- Negociates and closes deals and contracts with members and suppliers involved in project’s activity, carrying them to an end by making and receiving payments, as appropriate.
- Attends networking events, and different trainings/seminars provided by the company
- Organizes events and specific meetings, taking care of presentation materials and handout preparation.
- Develops and permanently maintains relationships with members within the project.
- Monitors individual meetings and provides organized feedback towards members and participants.
- Creates membership offers and discounts.
- Identifies and creates partnership agreements with different companies.
- Promotes project’s activities and develops community (e.g. social media, particular business channels).
Requirements:
- Dynamic, open-minded, motivated person with strong entrepreneurial skills.
- Demonstrable success and relevant professional background in Business Development.
- Expertise in the fields of online, direct and event marketing.
- Strategic thinking/vision.
- Efficient and positive communication and group management skills.
- Very good listener and also very good speaker (should easily speak and make presentations in front of an audience).
- Relevant leadership skills and willingness to accept high level responsibility.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups at all levels; persuasive communicator.
- Performance orientation.
- Trust-inspiring and confidence-drawing person.
- Decision-making and problem-solving potential.
- Strong familiarity with computers, including office productivity software.
- Advanced/Proficiency level in the use of English (although no certification is required).
- A degree in marketing, business, communications or related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s licence.
